A New Tradition

The event that sparked our trip home was a Father's Day 5K that we wanted to run with my Dad. It was a lot of fun!

My Dad and sister were troopers...they don't really run on a regular basis, but they did for the race!

My brother wasn't really a runner before this either (he still beat me by 30 seconds though), but now we've been running 5 miles just about everyday since! (I've turned him.)

After the race we hit Cindy's on 34 for breakfast! What a fun start to Father's Day with our Dad.
